General Information
The registration can be payed through a bank slip, credit card, directly debited from your Banco do Brasil account, or a billing or commitment note, by accessing the portal. If interested, one may register through a ‘Combo’ option, in which the SBRC registration is bundled with and SBC Membership. Benefits of an SBC Membership can be seen at the end of the page. The registrations may be done until the last day of the event, but payment through bank account debit and bank slip will be closed in May 2nd, 2019. After this date, only payments through credit card, billing or commitment note. For those who cannot pay by one of the mentioned payment methods, we also accept payment in cash directly at the event reception. Students must submit an up-to-date registration certificate at the moment of registration to be granted the student discount.
We offer a promotional registration for groups of students at the end of the page. We also offer discounts for multiple registrations in short courses as shown at the end of this page.
Basic Registration
The basic registration fee covers participation in technical sessions, lectures, tutorials, workshops, debates and panels in SBRC. It also covers symposium material, coffee-breaks and the opening cocktail. The anticipated fee to the social dinner will be R$ 130,00.

The deadline for registration of authors is 16/04 (firm). A registration can cover up to three paper, either on the main track / workshops / CTD / short courses and demo session. Papers that are not covered by a registration will be removed from the proceedings and event schedule.
Short Courses Registration
To register for one or more short courses, you also need to register in SBRC 2019. The following additional fees will be charged for each short course registration.

Progressive Discount
By registering in two or more short courses, the participant will receive the following discounts in the short courses registration fees.
- Discount for registering in 2 short courses: 10%
- Discount for registering in 3 short courses: 15%
Obs: the discount does not apply to the SBRC registration fee, only for short courses.
Workshop Registration
Just as in 2018, the registration for workshops will be free, that is, the SBRC registration already covers the participation in workshops, except for the WRNP.
Even though its free, participants are required to register in the system.
Participants may register in multiple workshops.
There is a maximum limit of people by room. Hence, access to each workshop will depend on the available space at the time.
Registration for the WRNP
The WRNP is an SBRC co-located event. If interested, on may register solely for WRNP, by paying the registration fee below. However, this option does not grant access to SBRC and related activities.

Discounts for Groups of Students
The SBRC 2019 organization committee will grant special discounts for groups of students. Every 10 students that register and pay, an additional free student registration will be granted. The gratuity applies exclusively to SBRC registration, that is, it does not include other activities such as short courses.
The steps for the registration of groups of students are the following:
- Students of each group must fill the registration form online, confirm and pay the fees. The additional student that will receive the gratuity must also fill the registration form online, select payment by bank slip, but not pay the bank slip.
- Having completed and payed the registrations, the group coordinator must send an email to coordsbrc2019@gmail.com, with tha names of the students in the group, and indicating the name(s) of the student(s) that will be granted gratuity.
Cancelation Policy
Until April 20, 2019, participants may have 70% of the registration fee back on cancellation. After that date, no value will be returned. The policy applies to registration cancellation, as well as any additional activities. To request cancellation, send an email to faturamento@sbc.org.br
